Visit Us
Autumn Lane is located next to the Vet Clinic on Rte. 30 just outside the center of Newfane (northbound on the right, southbound on the left).
At the top of the hill (do not continue straight!) our entrance is just across the way off to the left, you will see a large gray sign with Giant Journey Farm at the parking area (do not go farther up the road.)
There is a small walk through the forest to the farm from the parking area. Unfortunately, it is not perfectly suited for folks with mobility issues- if you’re unsure but want to visit please reach out, we can work to accommodate you! It’s always best when visiting the farm to wear all terrain footwear!
How’s the Road?
We live on a dirt road that can be challenging (aw, Vermont mud season). Check here to find out if the road is clear.
Road Status: Faux mud season, real mud season, all the mud seasons?!
Please use caution at the end of the driveway, it can be very icy and muddy even throughout the same day!
